BSBestBuy use only carrier service(DHL,Parcelforce,EMS) to give our customers a smooth and swift shopping experience. Orders will be shipped only after full payment received. Customers will have a tracking number for their orders, normally can start track the item online one day after you have the tracking number. Please allow 5-6 working days for your item to arrive. However, for some reasons, sometime the carrier service could be a little bit slow. We have no power to effect how quick the carrier service should be, please be patient and thanks for your understanding.

Returns & Replacements
BSBestBuy have a seven-day free changing guarantee on all our products. If after receiving the products, you find any problem and do not wish to keep it, just contact us for the return address. Then we will arrange a replacement for you without any charge. Note: the product must be at its original condition.
